By accessing or using Nestbase ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Nestbase is a cloud-based property management platform that helps landlords manage rental properties, track payments, handle maintenance requests, and store documents. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Nestbase offers a free Starter plan and a paid Growth plan. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your Account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Free trials, if offered, will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial period ends.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into Nestbase. We do not sell your data to third parties. You may export or delete your data at any time.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with other users, or using the Service for any illegal purpose.
Nestbase is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Account page.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
